Quinag from usual carpark. Low cloud and still in cloud on summit (cleared mid afternoon!). Long grind up, walking steeper bits. Pretty much dry feet all the way!

Into Aberdeen then long drive to Lochinver in the sun… until Ullapool and low cloud, almost haar like from there north. Most strange for west coast!

With RC from Shootong Greens car park east along ridge line the found way to top of Hill of Goach. Descent to north on MTB trails then short climb to forest road near top and back along to the west.
Lots of trees down, never been cleared from storms 2.5years ago! Not sure how much O left in Scolty and Shooting Greens :-(

Pilates rings, lots of good work, nothing too hard.

Wee warm up with RC then after-school club, out on Tarland Way, 6 x 100m hill sprints then steady back. Feeling OK and joined in sprints... didn't pull anything = result !
