'Edge of Insanity southern bit with Bleeksie. Basically riding around the outside of the whole of residential Canberra, following the house line. I did Issacs Ridge around the bottom on Canberra to Tuggeranong, then got a lift cause I was feeling a bit sorry for myself.

First mtb in a while, and first exercise after tummy bug. Felt pretty good, a bit weak but it was super fun to cruise around Brucie!

Arms, legs + core at cisac. Weird not knowing where anything was, took me a lot longer than usual! Weight reflects not eating for 2 days I think :)

Started feeling crook last night after dinner and then proceeded to be up all night spewing and the rest. Must have been something I ate, but can't think what. Not fun.
