Road Cycling 2:40:00 [3] 74.0 km (2:10 / km) +993m 2:02 / km

Couldn't face the idea of -5 Baker Bunch, so headed out for my own ride. A flatter fast hour followed by Uriarra Cotter. Then 1 x Stromlo tempo. So dead.

Mtb 1:20:00 [3] 24.0 km (3:20 / km) +355m 3:06 / km

An attempt at a mtb, but the enthusiasm wasn't there and as sunny as the afternoon was, it got too cold for my attire when the sun went down.

Strength & Conditioning 1:15:00 [3]

Road Cycling 2:28:00 [3] 67.0 km (2:13 / km) +435m 2:08 / km

Paceline stuff from 6am - 7am with the development squad girls. Pretty slow and hard to keep warm. Then did my actual session. 5 x 5min TT efforts above threshold. I struggled to get my HR to stay above 180, it was too cold. My legs got more and more tired and I was glad to have finished. 50km on the crit track is boring!!! Then rode into work.

Road Cycling 2:27:00 [3] 62.0 km (2:22 / km) +989m 2:12 / km

Stromlo stuff. 2 x sprint reps (10sec sprint, 50sec off) and then 3 x 10min stregthies at 65rpm. Got further up the hill in strengthies than last time, to the orange mtb bunting, but can't see myself getting to the top in 10min. Vicki says it is do-able.
