3 x 12 tricep dips

6 mins (should have been 4 woops) of 20s on/10s off) of burpees/mountain climbers

20 walking lunges
15 squats
15 bridges

4 mins of 20s/10s of squats/squat jumps

15 4.8kg deadlifts
30s rotating planks
30s static plank

should have then been 4 mins of 20/10 of jumping lunges/plank jacks but the jumping lunges set my hip off so abandoned
