Run in the sun.

Home to Wollaton Park, to the hall down to the bottom, effort up back to the hall and then along and round and out to the uni campus, up the downs round the back of the union and down to the lake and ran 2/3 around the lake out the the a6005 and back through the hospital car park.

Nice. Got very warm though. Not suprising I have developed a very thick insulating layer that needs shifting pronto.

YES! Back in the training game. I on top of work now after doing a cheeky 4 hours in the office today so even though the deadline is weds I should be good to get back on it now.

600m reps off 4.15 - using 300m of track as 1 of the bends was an icy death trap.

All good really enjoyed had a lady there who I was running stride to stride with- makes such a difference

The 48s were cause there was a lot of jumping out of the way of gaz's group as they ran at us .
