8 sets of 1x 400m (1min rec), 200m (1min rec), 200m, 2min rec between sets - think 400m were done just under the 90sec mark and the 200ms were wierdly very consistent at 42.5 secs....

Sweaty sweaty. Good session working well with martin.

10 hills n 10miles. Great run with rach n Stephen. Concentrating on running hard on the ups n the downs as rach is in training for an ultra in the alps. 3 quarters of the run off road so very stop starry due to stiles and kissing gates.

Did first lap in 80. Windy windy. And I warmed up for thus before hammer but then got cold stupidly. Never mind.

Good run i suppose really struggling for breathing. N took 5mins to recover at the end as I started to panic. Legs fine. Chest was suffering from 800m before too - need to go to doc to check out hayfever/asthma

Bailed out of lincoln 10 - 2.5km in. Poss problems: energy, hydration, nutrition, being over weight at mo, hay fever or just being a massive fanny. Feels as bad as when on doxycyclin.

So warm -long leggings need abandoning I think. Rach would have been running in bra n pants.

Terrible stomach issues must kick the caffeine. Need to rethink diet too. But not tonight.
