2 sets of 2 mins down to 30secs with 30 sec recoveries for first set and 1min recoveries for second set (feedback from group was that 30sec was too short) with 5 min between sets.
Disappointed to say the least. Nice to see some old faces but terrible terrible run. O well cheered myself up by reading rhys's and oli's log. Hard bastards make my grumbles look out of place .Bigger picture.
