Triple Challenge.

Didn't realise it was a level 3 difficulty. The difficulty levels don't mean amount of fitness but in fact ability to do the steps. So was fine on the aerobics, shit on the step, fine on the 'conditioning'. My stomach muscles hurt. As do a lot of my muscles...
