First part of class - in pairs had to complete 2miles on treadmill and 200 squats - did approx 1.4miles and 100 squats
2nd part of class - 200m row 20 sit ups, 300m row 30 sit ups, 400m row 40 sit ups, 500m row 50m situps. Think I double my yearly quota of sit ups today ouch.
Had to do 12 laps of the under 9's xc course in a team in any order we liked except that the first and last lap had to be done together as a 3. and the incoming runner had to blow up a balloon.
2 laps of the 5k xc loop. Took the first one at gossip pace running with bec n then ran the second one hard aiming to catch Becky n then charlotte who wete 100m n 200m ahead of me - managed this and nearly caught Helen n Jeremy too! Right arch sore like yesterday....
From porthcurno to nearly land's end n then a 'shortcut' back via farmers fields until 3 farmers guard dogs went for us... Then we had fun and games trying to find our way back to the coastal path.
