Back on it as not training not helping so can't make it any worse right? Stupidly been on the caffiene this week in order to increase my productivity at work but this meant terrible stomach cramps on this run.
Started off as a very painful sore throat and a headache at base of head, then throat eased off and it sat in my chest over the weekend. Now i'm a snotty less with sinnusy headaches. It is at the height of its annoyance I hope it means it's on it's way out
From my parents house along the river bank with gaz. 15mins in gaz's legs were causing him pain n I didn't want to be left by the river by myself so turned round too with the intention of doin a lap of village but cba.

Bloody awful time. Felt like my head was in a fog. Still maintaining park run second lady. on another excuse note - wet wet wet and course is not flat.
Run round darley park with Amy. Nice a bit faster than normal but still chatting

So I haven't posted training for a while cause quite frankly i've hardly done anything and i got a bit despondant with it. AP is not good if you're not training. However I plan to join a local club long eaton or notts leaning towards long eaton - it's on way home and i know 2 girls through gaz there and they do track training and it's cheaper
