Run to park run 2mins out forgot my inhaler so ran back took an antihistamine and my inhaler ans them knew I was running against time to get to park run in time. Chest was vvv.tight got to park run at the end of the park run speech. Sweating profusely - my temp control at min is off

Park run. Real real struggle. Stopped at 1mile as was lighthead ed and panicky about not breathing. Jogged round with damo as he stopped with me and he's trying to get 100park runs

Run from Breaston pretty much a reverse route of the run I took Gaz on. Pacing mixed as back locked up every time I hit an incline...something I get every 4 weeks... anyway I did ok. Race tomorrow!

Felt the best I've ever felt though had shoe lace failure no.1 30sec in stopped to do it up. Shoe lace failure no.2 occured while i went past mile marker no. 1 n I was goin well so ran the next 4 miles with shoe lace undone n sloppy show - poss not wisest choice but i was having a great race!

Pleased considering yesterday. Was near a couple of the guys I was aiming to be, without yday like to think I'd have been closer.

So I bought a Garmin last week (my stop starter watch died a death after a track session the other week and being in a steamy bathroom) and it arrived on Mon. Wasn't charged enough to use with the run with Gaz but I've used it at track and this evening. Was nice on the run tonight to have it to just check pace if I was feeling sluggish or if I felt like I was moving well. Didn't consult too often. Hopefully it will be a good training tool.

Lovely social run predomiantly off road - and half of the off road was very claggy mud so was quite slow going. Pace looks slow but was with others of a similar pace so know I wasn't going that slow really.
