Track intervals (Sprints) 1:30:00 [4]
wasnt allowed on outdoor track as was too icy :-( had to do training in the indoor 60m track. warm up of 4 laps of barn, then 8min continous warm up/exercise/circuits followed by 6x60m sprints- had to start from random positions on back, used to improve your reaction times. Another 8mins of exercises and then 4x60m sprints. Then relays, 6 in a team, each member had to run 2x60m. Warm down of 4 laps of barn.
Session improvised and run with the sprinters due to weather conditions.
