Warm Up/Down 40:00 [3] 1.0 mi (40:01 / mi)

2 laps warm up at the beginning of the day.

2 laps warm up before my 400m

And the strides and drills things that keith sorted me out with to do before races.

Practice Hammer Throws

3 x Hammer Throws - all of them better than my previous PB woo woo.

1 Triple Jump as directly post 400m and 200m

Track race 1:08 [5] 0.4 km (2:50 / km)

68.5 for 400m havent done it that quick since 2004. And I came third out of 8. I always come last in track normally :-S

Track race 31 [5] 0.2 km (2:35 / km)

200m was 15mins after the 400m so unsuprisingly very slow

Track race 15 [5] 0.1 km (2:30 / km)

4x100m relay. We came 2nd.

Track race 1:11 [5] 0.4 km (2:57 / km)

4x400m relay.

Note

Random visit from rhys to the track half way through the day. Very random as was in Harrow, London.

Warm dowm: ditto

1 set: 3x500m with 300m walk recovery

2sets with 10min (abso ridic) between the sets

times: 65,62,62,65,67,61

Good banter and i was one of the few that was still standing by the end :-)

A bit of Javelin.

And a bit of hammer. With gaye watching me was able to iron out some problems. Another pb this sat is on the cards!

Warm Up/Down 15:00 [3] 1.0 mi (15:00 / mi)

With ash. Two laps of the cycle track.

Warm Up/Down 20:00 [3] 2.4 km (8:20 / km)

Session was 12x400m with 60secs recovery.

We were split into 2 groups, very slow people or men. So I decided to go with the men. BIg mistake. Couldnt hack it off 7 weeks off training so stopped half way round and got Becca to teach me to throw a javelin. Cos no point running if it aint working might as well do something productive.

AAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHH! What is it about bugs that live at athletics tracks. Have a massive bite from sat from the bugs at the Norwich track and have two swelling as we speak from mondays session at Lynn. And I always get bitten at Woodbourne Road too. But dont get bit anywhere near to this extreme in other kinds of areas,

Did 3 laps warm up and 100m sprint to check out the ankle seemed fine but didnt want to risk it today so decided to just compete in the throws.

3 hammer throws + warm up - PB too! woo
3 very rubbish shot puts+warm up
3 discus throws

and the 2nd leg of a 4x100m relay. ankle felt fine but my thigh muscle felt like it wanted to snap- no warm up might explain it.

Cant really put a time to this amount of exercise. The match was on from 11:45 till 5 but I reckon I did between an hour and 2hours worth of effort.
