not so good as last time but the woman in front was 4 secs in front but if I had been in the B String race I would have been 5 secs quicker than any of them :-S

1500m race (A + B String together)
Time: 5:47.3- knocked 0.3 off my PB. Not too shabby considering the majority of my training for the last month has been sprinting/800m work. Could go quicker if stop sprint training. and train more. and become less fat.
Track race 1:14 [5] 0.4 km (3:05 / km)
4x400m - last leg. Bear in mind this race was 10min after my 1500m.
74.8 was my split. rubbish. but knackered and we were so far down I had no one to chase
