running a 10K tomorrow. road/a bit of terrain. scared. o but it is as flat as a pancake.

fed club to stowbridge along river to downham train station. was really pleased I have now got as fast as the old men woo hoo.

Fast back to the fed club. sprint off with paul and jeremy (they are about double my age lol but they dont like to lose to a girl) in the last 50m.

Was 5x the cycle track which is roughly 800m. and actually is susprisingly undulating. Ran in pairs so that your rest is one persons rep. if you get me. was good. shin felt it on the last rep. to the ice.

reccy my leg with gaz. massive moaning from him on the amount of road and dangerousness. some lovely villages to run through but he may have a point on the ol danger aspect. lots of stopping and starting to check route, spray sun cream and take on water.
