Note

Urgh. havent done any proper training in an age. Legitimate reasons of being poorly and actually being productive with my work and so seems a shame to stop that. And also need to start the job applications. Now that my CV is sorted :-)

Circuit Training 36:00 [4]

having dan in group makes you realise your not the laziest person in the world.

noticed the change to 45/15s very quickly. good to see some new exercises thrown in.

Warm Up/Down 10:00 [2]

X Country warm up/down 40:00 [3]

10mins warm up by myself. got there an hour early as I had to pick a number up and then almost missed the start of my race!!!

30mins warm down ish with ruth.

X Country race 25:00 [3] 5.0 km (5:00 / km)

S Yorks XC Leage Race 1 Winter Hill, Rotherham.

I will change this when I know what time I did.

Was having a really good race on the first lap, was even going past people on the hills (yes me!) 4 of them being uni girls but then I struggled once it got onto the flat at the tops of these hills.odd. This meant the girls then over took me gradually throughout the course. Was all going good before my stomach again decided it want to try to vom. Stop to retch and a marshall made me walk 100m to get my breath back before he'd allow me to run. annoying. Then finished fine. Even managed to sprint the last 300m. Finished about 20m behind a uni girl.

- Steve Bayton flew round the mens race. not just a good fell runner!
