Good session. We lost the boys unfortunately after a road crossing but we still did it all all the same. Was quite terrifying running when the boys were charging towards you.
Was pushing it quite hard. A is usual with sprinting I wanted to vom at the end but the boys told me to stand up and get on with it. which is what i needed telling really.

I thought the injury had passed and then on the last acceleration I stopped abruptly stupidly and it pulled again. And then when I ran back from rachs after sitting about getting cold it's now become sore again. And the muscle around the hip and front quad at the same level has become tight. gay.
