Track warm up/down 15:00 [1]

warm up round the cycle track with bro, ash and thompson. Plus drills. And a little warm down

Track 25:00 [4] 1.2 km (20:50 / km)

6*200s. Was supposed to be 2*4*200s. But two strides into my 6th 200 my knee REALLY hurt. ash and thompson told me to stop so i decided to be sensible and listen. It was first time in spikes and doing speed work since the fall so may be reason why it went.

20mins of 800m reps where you run in a group of three swapping partners at every 400m. so essentially you have 800m rep with rest being the time it takes the rest of your team to do a 400m.
