I stopped at the QMC as knee was hurting so decided to head back very slowly only the pain got worse so I end up walking a lot of the way home. 1km is prob an overestimate of what I ran.

Right i need to get back on the training malarkey. My knee hurts whether I rest or run so sod it I may as well run because I have put a fair amount of weight on and it's pretty naff to be unfit.
