Massive rush to get in so that I actually had a reasonable amount of time to get a swim in.

Did 28 lengths in 35mins am so pleased. Did the first 20 in 4 length sets and then did the last eight in one go. Was aiming to do 20 before I got in then set on to do 30. Got kicked out a minute before time so gutted.

On the advice of the physio I went along to yoga.

It was lame. The woman talked through the whole thing and the headache I arrived with just got worse and worse. Didn't really stretch my hamstrings much either.
