Well this wasn't actually running as all the treadmills were taken as were the cross trainers and the bike (besides I have to bike tomorrow) so I just used the rower but I'm counting it as my run today as it's all cardiovascular...shit excuse I know.

had a serious FML moment as my dear brother would say when I got out of the pool after my swim, went to get my shower gel and towel out of my bag only to discover I had forgotten my towel....then got back home to find two sweaty boys so had to wait for a shower too.
