Spent most of the night awake. Appear to have picked up some sort of stomach bug. So far managed to eat 1 and 1/2 slices of toast. Hopefully feel better tomorrow so can join Gaz for Tigger Tor though won't be racing I imagine.

Was down to do 300m swim today and had full intentions of doing a lot more after that. Got to leisure centre at 7:05pm where a woman told me really rudely told me that the public swimming session finished at 7pm. As I had planned to do an hour's swim I hadn't bothered to bring my gym kit. So no training acheived. Balls.
