600m reps off 4.15 - using 300m of track as 1 of the bends was an icy death trap.

All good really enjoyed had a lady there who I was running stride to stride with- makes such a difference

The 48s were cause there was a lot of jumping out of the way of gaz's group as they ran at us .

Lovely day shopping with rach l n then I popped into eis to see gaye n marlene competing in the British masters. Think by time I get home the ground may be too frozen for to do planned 40min run. Bugger.
