As Gaz n tom left me out of their Chase running plans n I git an early lift home I opted to run in the sun instead of planned swim.

Home to canal to bottom of castle, up to the top of the park, down to the bottom levying gate under the railway n home.

After a cheeky read of Lucy's log a few weeks back I lowered the resistance n kept rpm higher n felt much better for it.

Straight off the bike and on the treadmill

10mins run with 0.5km/hr increase of pace every min to 5mins n then back again. Then 5mins walk while stretching.
