Note

So plan for this evening was join the uni gym and then go give blood.

Bus was late due to accident and so was back a bit later than hoped and then Gaz faffed so no time for giving blood. But uni gym joined. Cheaper and hours more appropriate to me and less of a dodgy area to walk to to get to pool.

Have failed to exercise today though. Tomorrow is a new day.
