Note

Hour of pain with a crazy Italian lady. Mainly back, think she was amazed/appalled by my hamstrings. Worringly everything is tight: back shoulders, glutes, hamstrings, shins, quads, Achilles/lower calf

1st rep 1.47 - feck no that's too slow
Rest were 1.41 - 1.43
Except last rep which was 1.38

Back achey through out shin sore until warm. Back was better when running out of slippy icy lane 1
