Wind pretty horrific for the majority of this.

16 x 200m reps with approx. 150m rec. Reps were with a backwind recoveries with a headwind.

1 mile w/u and warm down

Session was 10x 2min reps, 1min rec. 5 reps in I had stitch n my shoulders was tight n I was heaving behind a tree. Hoping to do this discretely but it's a rough park at the lercers are too nice n so many people checking I was ok. Joined in for the last 2 reps but effort severely reduced. Need to reevaluate my diet I think.
