Great instructor. This was hard as I do no proper gym work and this was all bars, plates and dumbbells but I really enjoyed it.

Note

I have loosely been training in October (mainly just track once a week and touch rugby once a week with a smattering of races) but it's all been a bit pathetic so hitting the reset button on November and trying to get back into it.
