Averaging 42 secs per rep, with 90sec recovery (was prob too long as I was getting cold and took to walking backwards and forwards to keep warm)
Ilkeston finally fixed their floodlights at Xmas so LERC is back at track. Disappointingly the session was 200m (most others only did 8 as well) and I'm on it at the minute and would have liked a bit longer/harder session. I shall see how the next week pans out and potentially divert to my own. I love track and I don't want to not go just because the sessions are not pushing me.
