Mile warm up plus drills. leading and got moaned at for being a strict task master not that they listen to me with my quiet pathetic voice.

Took inhaler too late. The final hill was exposed and cold air filled my lungs so struggled up it 3 times as was 2 small, 1 big lap. Rest of it completely fine. Mudbath.

LERC run. Running with Emily (Gaz's colleague) who I've been trying to drag down to LERC.

Two guys at LERC trying to persuade me to do Trig Point race. Don't know whether it'll affect my current good run of runs...but it might be good to get 17miles in.
