Did couch to 5k session on x trainer as since Wednesday my pelvis has been mildly sore
5 mins easy, 8 x 1min hard, 90 sec easy, 5 min easy
Sweated and breathing hard

2 x 20 squats
2 x 20 walking lunges
2 x 20 4kg deadlift - technique is shite
2 x 20 4kg squat to overhead press
2 x 10 4kg weighted lunges
2 x 10 4kg weighted side lunges
2 x 10 2 kg weighted sumo squats
2 x 20secs wall sits
2 x 10 low abs glute bridges
2 x 20 mountain climbers
2 x 20 donkey kicks (10 on each leg)
2 x 20 fire hydrants (10 on each leg)
2 x 20 lying side leg lift (10 on each leg)
1 set less than normal and reps dropped by 20 as first session back and was conscious this was the longest I have been away from Gaz and Eleanor
