Shortly after last call we were in isolation for 6 days so not quite up to 45 mins each day. Currently 45/35 alternate days if I can squeeze it in. Now going to introduce running into my two of my shorter days and maybe increase it to a third in a couple of weeks.
Increasing the running incrementally. Unfortunately though I think my knackered shoes have caused the problem. Stiff new shoes are aggravating it. But I binned off all my well worn shoes as I thought they were the issue. Think I might try and pick up a cheap pair that are less rigid so as not to over use/wrongly use my trail shoes. Heel cups are helping in softer shoes.
