Walking 10:00 [0]

Walk to the play area where we bumped into the Schorah’s. We were going to go for a longer walk but it started snowing and we weren’t sufficiently prepared

So I went back out later that afternoon for a long pram walk. She was having fun until 20 min from home so to legged it home whilst singing nursery rhymes and eventually got her out the pram. A new tooth popped out later that day...

Kicked Gazs turbo on Sunday evening and it’s been sore since. Hasn’t been excruciating but I have been constantly conscious of it particularly in bed at night. Last two days of exercise only lunges aggravated it. Today it’s noticeably been more sore and has swollen (down to the floor rather than laterally weirdly) but I had put off a run due to work and the toe so decided to try it. Too sore boo.

Took Eleanor with me as we failed to get out for a walk yesterday and this was meant to be best part of day. Planned to show her the horses and take her to swings on way back. Planned my route especially. She falls asleep on the bumpy track so misses both!
