From uni boat house to around Heirisson Island. Found myself in some shallow water just before the island to the right, so went slowly and carefully back to the middle of the river. The river was really low level overall - I wonder if the tides have an effect at the moment. 1k splits in the gps - coming. Had one at around 5:30.
Boot camp session at North Cott SLSC. Did a lot of situps, pushups, situps, indian runs, situps and other weird things. No navigation, but we did get to run offroad in the dark which is a good skill.
