From uni boat house to around Heirisson Island. Found myself in some shallow water just before the island to the right, so went slowly and carefully back to the middle of the river. The river was really low level overall - I wonder if the tides have an effect at the moment. 1k splits in the gps - coming. Had one at around 5:30.

LSD run around the burbs. Finally recovered from Tues/Wed's hard effort last week, feeling good again.

Boot camp session at North Cott SLSC. Did a lot of situps, pushups, situps, indian runs, situps and other weird things. No navigation, but we did get to run offroad in the dark which is a good skill.

6 x 500m, 30sec rest, 250m, 2min rest. Consistent times which is good. Concerned about my fitness with the last two weeks of working long hours and skipping training.
