Jake, Marcus, Muz, Blake, Robin, Janet, Karen, Joel. 7 guys and 2 girls - with Karen heading back to work early.

First ride in the cold, but still an easterly. The train hit 54kph on Welshpool on the way back. 4th up the hill on Welshpool rd, kom'd the hill up to Kala although started 100m ahead of all and Blake caught me at the flat but then made the mistake of passing me, so I sat behind him there recovering and then made my move on the last steep bit. Good speed up Mount st as well. But can feel my fitness falling away with having done no running for a few weeks now.

Massage on the calf by Nicola. Advice is to not run for a few weeks yet. I have pulled out of the April rogaine now with Owen's blessing. May need to go softly in the O coming up, will see.

Chris, Karl, Ian, Shane and I, plus a guest stranger for most of the second half. Turns at the front were coming from pretty much everyone, and good rotations into the sprints - both of which were polished off by Boltboi. A period of cruising from Devil's to Dalkeith when I decided to up the pace and finally got spat out the back with Shane at the last Dalkeith hill as the pace kept picking up with almost everyone taking a turn at the front.
