Robin for half. Karen and I. Into a fresh NE wind. Really cold for 3/4 of it with only my normal shirt/shorts.

A good warmup but then felt my calf getting sore at about cp6 so pulled out right away. Sprinting on hard sufaces up and down stairs is a bit much for it at the moment. I'll run Curtin at a jog pace.

Plan was 3, 2, 1 reps with 2 mins between sets. Did the first 4 and then pulled out due to my calf injury feeling a bit tight, thought better safe than sorry.

Marginata. Ran to the circle correctly for 1 but could not see the control, so spent a bit of time relocating back - over 10 minutes for this split. The second half to 3 was bad too as I found 4 before 3. The rest was done at a steady pace and I lost a bit of intensity after the bad start. But I enjoyed the area and navigation.
