Pueblo City Park, I ran the spring runoff predict series race. It was a 10k and I was able to run it in 36:33. My legs were still a bit sore from the previous days workout but the run was at pretty easy pace. I ran with one of the local PW high school kids that I ran with yesterday for the first 5k. 3 mile warm up and 2 mile cool down

Pueblo West High School. 3 mile warm up in 21:00 with a 2.5 mile cool down in 20 minutes. 6x1000m with 1 minute rest in between 3:23, 3:28, 3:12, 3:17, 3:19, 3:19 ran with the high school team. The 1000m course started at the high school and ran down the dirt easement trail. The trail is pretty flat and the weather was perfect with just a slight wind. I was still a little tired from the race, work week in Florida and the car accident. My neck and back were still really sore but felt better than yesterday.

North Shore, I felt great and I had to slow down because I was running a little too hard at first. It is crazy that running only 90 miles in one week will actually start to feel like a taper week. I really wanted to get out and run today because the weather was perfect.
