UCCS TM, felt great. I know I was not suppose to run for two more weeks but my foot has felt great all week. The foot felt fine during the run. I will not run for a few more days but it should be next week after my DR before I can get back into full time.

UCCS, the doctor said that I couldnt ride a bike but my foot felt so good I thought I would give it a try. It never bothered me during the bike and it didnt bother me after either. It looks like I will be riding more often. I pushed it for 20 minutes.

TM, hurt. After this run I went to the my foot doctor because I have had some foot pain and I have a stress fracture. It looks like I will miss Houston and have to take four weeks off from running.
