TM, felt. Did a progression run, sub 6 by mile 4 then increased the speed by .2 until mile 11 then .1 for the next two miles until 13 and back to .2 increase for the final mile. Last mile was in 5:10 and I was sub 5:30 by mile 9. Did 4 miles in 20:58 from miles 10 to 14.

LRR with Incline Club, then Intemann and Section 16 with Peter, followed by 666-High Drive-Intemann back to Soda Springs Park, felt okay. My stomach bothered me all day. I made a few bathroom breaks and threw up once. I know I ate too much last night and again this morning. I need to not eat late or else my stomach bothers me the next day. Everything else was great, I lost a little time with the snow and ice but it wasnt too bad.
