slept:6.0 shoes: Adidas Hagio second pair

North Face, felt great. Finished 17th in 6:24:11. Happy with the race but I still don't know how to run a 50 mile race. I ran too conservative from the start and was afraid to blow up all day. Finished the race wondering if I left everything out on course and felt like I could have continued running my current pace for an hour or two longer. Like usual I threw up three times during the race, it didnt really affect my race. Ran really well on the downhills and flats but I couldnt keep up with anyone on the uphills. I am ready for a couple week break from running.
