Soda Springs Park in Manitou to Barr Camp with the Incline Club, I made it to Barr camp in 1:19.30, the trail was in fairly decent shape there was a lot of ice after No Name Creek.

Treadmill, I started a tempo run this morning but by the three mile point I was just too tired to continue. I was able to run 19:32 an average of 6:31 for the three miles @ 4% incline on the treadmill but I was planning on going 5 miles. I have been losing weight over the past few days and I don't know if that is the cause.

Treadmill, I didnt run this morning because of the heel issue but it is feeling a lot better. I am sure that tomorrow it wont be 100% but I should be able to get back to normal training.
