CSU-Pueblo track with PWHS, ran 4 miles with wife then 1 mile interval with the high school kids in 5:06 then a 2 mile cool down. Felt pretty good on the one interval I think that I could have run more but with the last weeks energy level I figured I shouldnt over do it.
