Barr trail, ran from Soda Springs park to Barr camp and back with the incline club. The conditions were less than ideal but it made for a very fun run. By the time we got to Barr camp there was almost 6 inches of snow that had fallen just this morning. There was only one set of tracks in front of me which were Matt C's. On the way down I got a little cold because my gloves and hat were soaked. I am starting to get that fire back and I am starting to run strong. I am looking forward to Greenland.

Garden of the Gods with Team CRUD, I ran the 3 mile tempo run in 22:36. It was a little windy but it didnt seem to slow me down too much. Didnt put a huge effort in but was pushing it a little more towards the end.
