Section 16 and Intemann, felt okay. Did a 21:17 tempo, started at the turn around on Intemann to the top of section 16. From the Intemann sign to the top was 12:17. Was a little tired on the last section.

TM, felt great. I need to quit running on this stupid treadmill. I also feel like a fat ass and I need to go on a diet. I didnt know I could gain almost 6 pounds during a one week vacation.
