Easement, felt okay. Did 2 x 1k with PW CC team ran 2:54 (downhill) and 3:05 (uphill). Legs felt really heavy and my lung were fucked but it felt good to run faster than my easy pace. I really thought that I would be ready to get back into training this week but it just hasnt gone that way. I am not in a hurry though and wont start worrying about it for a couple more weeks.
