Santa Fe Trail with Jamison, felt great. Ran 1:26 for 14 miles but we slow on the way up to my parents house and finished with two 8+ minute miles. Had three miles in 5:45 and most of the others were 6:05-6:10.

Easement and PWHS track, felt great. Did 6 x 200m in 32-33 with 100m rest and then 6 x 100m strides barefoot. Ran on the grass for a mile barefoot.

Easement, felt okay. Did 10 x 30 seconds on/off then 8 x 100m strides on the grass barefoot. I havent been feel so well over the past few days so I took a few off from running. With 13 weeks until CIM training needs to start this week.
