MVP for Fall Series, felt great. Did a 7 mile warm up and a 2 mile cool down. Finished first overall with a time of 20:47 and then took a minute and a half break before running another 1.5 miles in sub 5:15 pace. Felt really strong during the race but before the race I was a little worried because I was tired.

Denver South Track, felt great. Did 6 x 1 mile cruise intervals with 1 minute rest in 5:06, 5:05, 5:05, 5:05, 5:07 and 5:09. It was pretty dark by the time I started but it was almost perfect conditions.
