PMI and Arkansas River Trail, felt great. Ran a 14 mile progression run. Started after running 6 miles easy. The first 10 miles were on dirt in PMI so that I could get off the concrete river trail. The 14 mile progression splits were 5:56, 6:05, 5:48, 5:57, 5:42, 5:40, 5:41, 5:39, 5:31, 5:34, 5:29, 5:30, 5:31. The 14 miles were run in 1:19:37 or 5:41 per mile pace. Drank a different kind of Gatorade because I ran out of the normal and it made me sick.
