Running 2:30:00 [5] 27.0 mi (5:33 / mi)
slept:6.0 shoes: Nike Streak XC 3rd Pair

Eugene Marathon, felt okay. Finished first overall in 2:22:05. It was tough running alone from 10 miles to the finish. I was ahead of 2:19 at mile 19 but a few tough miles and I was behind by 21. I threw up at mile 21 then I felt a little better. Forced a gel that I shouldnt have at mile 18 because I thought I had a bottle at mile 19. My third bottle at mile 19 wasnt there which made it difficult to process the last gel. Ran really even splits through 18 at 5:15 pace. I ran a lot smarter race than at CIM and I will be looking forward to a chance to run Chicago. Splits 5k 16:16, 10k 32:31, 10 miles 52:28, half marathon 1:09:04, and 20 miles 1:46:21.

Pre's Trail in Eugene, felt okay. Legs felt a little flat and I was having a few allergy issues probably from the cabin we were staying at.
