TM, felt great. Did a progression run starting at 6:30 then 6:00 by mile 5, 5:30 by 10, 5:15 by 15, 5:10 by 17 and the final mile was 4:56. For ten miles (10-20) the time was 52:37 or 5:16 per mile.

TM and Mosaic 5k, felt great. Ran 10 miles on the roads and TM before the race and then ran 15:52 for first overall. Had a cramp in my hamstring and had to slow down for a while during the 5k. During the cool down it felt okay but I have never felt anything like that cramp during a race. My hamstrings have been tight since running the Round Up last week, thats why I skipped the interval session this week.
